Headlines: New Sportsbook Opens in Portland

 

Portland Old Port:

Sports betting is coming to the Old Port, as First Track Investments LLC, the team behind the Portland Regency Hotel, prepares to open Maine’s first retail sports wagering location. Named Oddfellahs (Instagram, Facebook, Website), the new venue will partner with Caesars Sportsbook and will be located at 55 Market Street, the former home of The Big Easy live music venue.

According to First Tracks Cumberland (which is also owned by First Track Investments LLC), proprietors "hope to bring simulcasting of Maine races (and others!) to the venue" once they clear a couple more regulatory hurdles at the local and state levels.
