90 Days: Tuesday, December 3 (Day No. 58)

(This is the time of year when the horse racing season for the Ivory Pine Syndicate is winding down, but the soccer season for the Rosevelt Soccer Club is gearing up. Here's a 90-day glimpse of the day in the life of a horse racing managing partner and soccer club administrator.)

Ivory Pine Syndicate admin, 3:45p-4:15p

Sent a partners' update that included our final race recap of Sixby Hanover's racing career, and then finalized the details of our partnership's 2025 offering.

The closing of one partnership and the beginning of another partnership, all in a 30-minute span.

Rosevelt SC admin, 4:15p-5p

Even though our club's registration fees are a fraction of the fees charged by larger, multi-state franchise programs, our club structure enables us to provide more individualized resources for *all* of our club's players.

One example is ensuring our club's Veo camera is on site to record our RSC Academy teams' college showcase games, so that our players have access to game tape that they can use for highlight compilation videos to use in the college research, recruiting, and selection process.

Some of yesterday's admin time was following up on e-mails that have come in over the holiday break, but most of the time was devoted to editing our game footage and sharing public links of all three of our RSC Boys Academy's games this past weekend.

Attended RSC Girls Academy training session, 6p-8p

Our oldest girls' team was supposed to participate in its own college showcase in Massachusetts this weekend, so we had scheduled a training session for last night at St. Joseph's College in Standish.

Even though we received an update earlier in the day that the showcase had been canceled due to forecasts for inclement weather and frigid temps, our team still hosted its session. It was pretty cold, but a lack of a wind off Sebago Lake helped keep the temperatures tolerable.

Asleep, 9:51p
