Isaac is a Skowhegan native who became a passionate fan of horse racing when he discovered a knack for handicapping races when he was a senior in college during the pandemic in 2020.

#5: Down Right Devious (9-2 ML)

Back on Lasix and is now familiar with Cumberland. He is a solid trotter to include in an exacta too.

#5: We're Gonna Rock (5-1 ML)

Aaron Hall getting on the bike for Brian Lamb. We're Gonna Rock is coming off a great end to the 2024 season.

Race No. 6

#3: Eternal Ring (9-5 ML)

McGwire Sowers gets the call from Dalton Lee. Sowers has a good clip with this horse hitting the board.

A partner in the Ivory Pine Syndicate, Steve has been attending and betting on races in Maine since the grandstands were full and Leigh Fitch was the leading driver.

Race No. 1

#4: Vel Miss Taylor (6-5 ML)

This mare has already raced 6 times this year and finished in the money. My thought is driver McGwire Sowers will take Vel Miss Taylor to the front as he often does, and try to ride her to the end.

Race No. 3

#2: Mr Fantasy (6-5 ML)

Another pacer with 6 races under his belt and another McGwire Sowers drive. The post helps, and he has decent a TrackMaster rating.

Race No. 8

#3: Illicit Affair (6-1 ML)

Yet another pacer with several races under his belt, and he's being driven by the very capable Aaron Hall. Should be a competitive race, but I expect Illicit Affair to be in there at the end.
