NYT:
Reykjavik is a quirky, colorful and surprisingly cosmopolitan outpost on the edge of the Arctic that offers much more than a launchpad to Iceland's volcanic landscapes. Lauded by UNESCO as a "City of Literature," Reykjavik takes great pride in its creative culture and the last decade has seen its restaurant scene finally blossom. Even a short trip can prove why this cold place is still a hot spot in 2025.
